Windows 10: Extended Display won't open programs

    Extended Display won't open programs


    Running Windows 10 19044.2006 with two monitors and have display set to extended display. For some programs, bluestacks, download manager, and DazCentral, I've noticed won't load all the way or will go into a "not responding" state and will never open when the program launches on the non-primary monitor. If I move the program window to the primary monitor, close the program and re-open it so now it opens on the primary monitor it loads right away with no issues. This happens 100% of the time. If I try and open one of those 3 programs and the loading window shows up on the non-primary monitor

    Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

    Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

    When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

    1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
    2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
    3. I´m the administrator of the PC
    4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
    5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)
    Please help!

    no audio on extended display

    We would like to know more information from your end to know what is the next possible step that we can offer for you to resolve your issue.



    • Were you able to get an audio on your extended display before? Or is this the first time that you will set up an extended display with your computer?
    • Aside from the HDMI cable, have you tried using VGA cable instead to connect to your extended display?
    • Can you verify if you have any audio on your speakers if you are not connected to the extended display?

    Extended Display won't open programs

    Program Zoomed in On Extended Display

    Hello,

    I'm using windows 10 on a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro, and I'm having an issue with some programs on my extended 1080p display. Programs such as Adobe Reader and PDF XChange appear zoomed in on the extended display, but they look fine on the laptop's screen. Any idea
    how I can fix this?
