Windows 10: Extended Support - Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB

The customer's OS is win10 2016 LTSB, as shown below.When I searched for the life cycle policy for windows 10 2016 LTSB, it says until 13 October 2026. If this is the case, does this mean we can get security patches until 2026 at no cost without signing up for another extension program?

I understand that your Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB workstations' mainstream support has ended, and you are interested in purchasing extended support for them.

According to Microsoft's lifecycle policy, Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB has ended its mainstream support in October 2021 and its extended support is set to end in October 2026. However, I couldn't find any information about purchasing extended support for this specific operating system.

On a positive note, Microsoft has announced that Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2015, 2016, and 2019 will receive support until Oct. 14, 2025, Oct. 13, 2026, and Jan. 9, 2029, respectively. Upgrading to Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC would mean you can receive extended support for a longer period of time.
