    TOOLBAR EXTENSIONS IN WINDOWS 10

    Please advise as to how I can re-enable my previous toolbar extensions/add-ons in Windows 10? I had a Yahoo Toolbar as well as a Norton Identity Safe toolbar and I can't figure out how to enable them?
