Windows 10: External Disk Iso File

I used my external hard disk to create a Windows 10 ISO file, and already installed it successfully. Now how do I remove this ISO file from my hard disk without loosing the previously saved files 5 years work history.

hm I used nero and put the iso on there like anything else
ill try your suggestions with the .nrg file I no longer have the .iso (threw away)

how the heck do you boot into an iso file?

did you burn this iso to a cd? or does this iso reside on your hdd. because if its on your hard drive, its not going to work. if you have nero or roxio, just burn the disk image to a cd. don't drag the iso file into the create data disk window, you actually have to select burn disk image.

 

how to install iso file without disk

i have another problem with this now, ive extracted the iso hoping to just install it like you all have said but when i do there is only one thing inside titled README, ill write what it says below. There is nothing else in the iso yet it says its 3.25 gb in size.

The readme says

ive burnt it onto a disk yet when i put it my rig it says there is no disk inserted, could anyone help me with this?
