    hello, I recently bought a 512 TB external drive and at the beginning it told me that my PC does not recognize it, after that I tried to format it and it says that windows cannot format it, and the same with the other drive, I checked in cmd chkdsk and the results are such that there are no bad sectors on it, I'm confused, I'm new, and problems are already happening, I'd like your help because I don't know what to do about it
