Windows 10: External hard disk impossible to open

Hello,

I cannot open one of my external hard disks anymore. I get a message saying that I must format it. But there are many folders in it that I don't want to be deleted.

Do I have a chance to repare it ?

2.LAN port
3.Torrent client
4.DLNA streaming
