Windows 10: External Hard Drive File Finding Problem in Windows 11

I've used Adobe Lightroom for several years on a 9 year old, Windows 10, computer. When I click on "Import", the screen changes instantly to choose the drive I would like to import photos from a particular folder. I have three external drives connected to a powered USB hub which is plugged into a USB on the computer. I have never had a problem doing this with this computer and this configuration, The external hard drives connected are K, Q & R. The photos have always been stored on K.Here's the problem. I just purchased a new Alienware desktop top of line . I moved the external hard driv

We suggest that you try the troubleshooting steps below:

• Open your External Hard Drive file in File Explorer.
• Type the name of the file you want to search on the search box and click Enter.

The file will show up in Search Results and you will be able to move it to the correct folder.

  Connect the external hard drive to Windows 10 computer.

  Press Windows + E keys on the keyboard to the keyboard to open the file explorer.

  Locate the external hard drive on left navigation pane in File explorer.
  
• 
  Right click on the external hard drive and click on
  Format.
  
• 
  Click Start and follow on screen instructions to format the hard drive.

Cannot find (Seagate) external hard drive in File Explorer.

Thank you, Billion, for all the help. Unfortunately, the drive still doesn't show up in File Explorer. The computer recognizes it, and reads that the external hard drive is working properly. However, I still can't access anything inside it.
