Windows 10: External harddisks not showing up on file explorer but visible in system tray. Only hard...

As you can see here in the below image, the hard disk is connected via usb port and i have tried all the ports, no use. Its shown in the system tray but not visible in file explorer. As u can see the local disk E isnt operational because i tried transferring some files from my friend's harddisk to my new ssd without changing format from raw to ntfs leading to some I/O device error which is still there and the solution for that is also needed. I tried almost every tips in youtube for that. From that moment, this harddisk issue also started.

We suggest that you try the troubleshooting steps below:

• Open your External Hard Drive file in File Explorer.
• Type the name of the file you want to search on the search box and click Enter.

The file will show up in Search Results and you will be able to move it to the correct folder.
