Hi,Seeking help in getting this sorted.Seagate backup plus is causing BSOD when plugged in, system works file when unplugged.Error: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED What failed: Ntfs.sysI just need to get the drive to accessed to take a back up of my files or run a data recovery. I have tried calling Seagate and they provided with recovery software but the moment I try to plug in the HDD, it causes the system to BSOD. when I unplug , the system seems to be working fine.I have tried the usual troubleshoot step: tried different computertried different porttried different USBsafe mode causes B

Can not access Any External HDD in my Win 10 PC and it causes BSOD

Please help, I have been having some issues with my win 10 64-bit PC for several weeks now.

I can't access any external HDD in my win 10 PC, when I connect any external HDD I get
error: Access Denied, Device not ready and if I chkdsk it says the Chkdsk is not available for RAW drives and also when I connect an external HDD (any external HDD) I keep
getting BSOD with stop code: DRIVER _POWER_STATE_FAILURE which is caused by driver
ntoskrnl.exe
