    Hello all. I'm new here, so forgive me if this is a repeat question. Feel free to refer me to another post from earlier.I have an IOMEGA Prestige, which is perfectly operational. I just finished a Windows 10 reinstall that took forever due to corrupt system files. I stored everything I need on the HDD and on a thumb drive. I was hoping to restore some of the data from the Iomega but it doesn't show up on File Explorer. The thumb drive works fine. I tried the HDD in my old laptop and it was not read there either.I also don't know where to contact anyone for tech support since they are under a n

    iOmega Prestige external hard drive andf Windows 10

    I have an iOmega Prestige external hard drive, model iomega34807, 320gb. I recently purchased an HP laptop with windows 10. I found out my Seagate external drive is not supported (about 4 years old), but what about the iOmega drive? Thanks.

    External HDD not recognized: Iomega Prestige.

    IOMEGA EXTERNA HARD DRIVE

    Iomega external HDD worked with Windows10 upgrade for months. After recent move, drive is no longer recognized. All connections check out. All USB ports working properly. Iomega driver cannot be found. Registry search does not find Iomega drive.
    Device Manager does not list Iomega HDD. How can this problem be fixed?
