    external mouse problem


    I have a hp laptop. The cursor is showing but my usb external mouse isn't showing in device manager neither working on this laptop. I have tried trouble shooting and restarting but nothing happened. The usb port is working with other mouses, and the mouse is working in other pcs rightly.Suggest me a solution.
