    External SSD shows as "Unspecified"


    Hello,A couple of days ago, power was cut off from PC and two of my drives stopped being recognized. One is impossible to get recognized, but the second, a Kingston SSD XS2000 1TB, gets recognized, but shows under "Unspecified" section in Devices and Printers. More information:- the SSD doesn't therefore appear as a volume at all, so chkdsk is impossible- it doesn't appear in Disk Management- I tried it on 3 devices on different USB ports with win 10/11 and all gave the same result- I tried different cables- USB selective suspending is set to very long- I removed upper and lower filters from r

    Printer showing as 'unspecified' device

    I have recently upgraded to windows 10 and my printer is showing in 'unspecified' devices and it is quite old so the driver isn't listed if I try to add a printer. Is there a way I can get the pc to recognise it as a printer?

    after save files on USB external SSD show folders but no files there

    Please need help I save all my files from laptop on USB external SSD ( I format whole my laptop ) next day I look my USB external SSD and it show folders there but No files, any suggestion what I can try to see my files? thank you
