Windows 10: External USB webcam conflicting with integrated devices

Hi there,I'm experiencing issues with a brand new webcam NexiGo HelloCam N930W with external microphone and face detection.When connected to an USB port, it breaks the integrated devices drivers and does not work, as well as no audio device nor the integrated webcam is working anymore. When disconnected, audio devices and integrated camera do work again.I reached out to Microsoft help desk, who uninstalled all audio and camera devices drivers and re-installed them again in a certain order. This apparently solved the problem, allowing me to plug/unplug effectively the webcam.Until I rebooted

Toggling Between Integrated Webcam And External Webcam.

You cannot use the integrated webcam as well as the external webcam at the same time and there is no option in Windows to toggle between them.



So, in order for you to use the external webcam for both Windows Hello and other purposes, then you need to disable the internal webcam from
Device Manager as you have described in your post.

Thanks, I have tried the troubleshoot options on internet but no success including suggested above multiple time.
