Windows 10: extra files in my disk

I saw that the e disk takes up extra space, which is not visible, about 200gb. I got this problem in the method I tried, I can't see the files in the photo inside the disk.

The icons might be set to appear in medium or small icons. For you to get extra large icons, follow these steps:

• Open File Explorer.
• Right-click in an empty space and navigate to View > Extra large icons.
