Windows 10: Extra user profile labeled "John"

A separate user profile labeled "John" has shown up on my laptop. I have tried removing it and it seems to be gone but then comes back later. If I click on it, it seems to be a new blank-slate profile, but I am still concerned some sort of spyware may be on my laptop of course, seems like they would make it a bit less obvious. ; Anyone know what is going on? Thanks!

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

profile user comes back after deleted

A local user profile "John" continues to appear on the list of potential users on my PC with windows 10. I continue to go to the settings and remove the profile but it keeps returning. How do I get rid of it? I ran a security scan two days and no threats
were discovered. I am running another one now and again no threats but it isn't quite finished. Any suggestions??
