Windows 10: Extracted Flies Missing On Any Place Except Bin

So i was extracting a rar file with 7zip but when i extract it on desktop it says it extracted but theres no files show on desktop also in file explorer desktop.When i extract it in bin it appeared but when i drag it to another place it dissapeared again please help

Are the step-by-step processes identical? That is, the folder extracted from and the folder extracted to belong to the same hierarchical file system structure. If they are, that suggests mildly the Cumulative Update left an electron or two out of place.

Thanks pyramid10 for your contribution, I ensured that the steps taken and the source and destination folders were the same, in the using zip7 as suggested by BunnyJ resolved all issues for me.
I am the first to admit that I am a long long way from understanding the intricacies of computers and if truth be told I am now to old anyway to absorb much information.

Unable to place Recycle Bin on Desktoop. No option to do that in Personalization.

• When you say, “I am unable to place recycle bin on desktop” how are you trying to add Recycle Bin on the Desktop?
  
• Do you receive any error message/code?
  
• Could you please provide more information on, “the 'personalization' section does not make a provision for me to do that”?
  

To add a system icon to the Desktop, I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned in the article
