Windows 10: Extreme drop in performance from my pc after installing updates

I usually put my pc in sleep mode instead of complete shutdown because I’m a digital artist I’m just gonna use it next day after I wake up, and I finally restart my computer and update it because I was gonna be gone- long story short my pc installed a update: cumulative update -KB5058379 shortly after it everything was somewhat alright then when I put it in sleep mode and woke up the next day my pc restarted on its on and did another update??? Cumulative update: KB5060533Then literally anything after that sequence of events has made my pc almost near unusable, extremely long wait times for
