Windows 10: Extremely choppy audio and stutters in my videos

I've been having problems with the windows game bar where i've been saving the clips which are from 10 minutes ago, but no matter what it always ends up choppy, at first its clear but after an hour or so it becomes choppy, i've tried looking for the BcastDVRUserService but to no avail i cannot see it in my task manager no matter where i look, i've already reset the xbox game app, i have the audio quality as high as i can have it which is 192kbps, the video quality has been standard and high, 30 fps and 60fps but it is still choppy.

Video and audio stuttering

Fix #1:

Step 1:

Go to search box next to Windows icon and type CMD

Step 2:

Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator

Step 3:

Type msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic and press enter.

Step 4:

Restart PC and Verify

Fix #2:

Step 1:

Go to search box next to Windows icon and type Troubleshoot

Step 2:

Click on Troubleshoot

Step 3:

Then select Video Playback and click Run the Troubleshooter

Step 4:

Restart PC

Fix #3:

Step 1:

Go to search box next to Windows icon and type Troubleshoot

Step 2:

Click on Troubleshoot

Step 3:

Then select Audio Playback and click Run the Troubleshooter

Step 4:

Restart PC

Let me know the status after performing the above and if in case the issue still persists then will provide you with further steps to resolve this issue.

Bluetooth audio stuttering and lagging

Did all of this. No change to the unacceptable audio. Still choppy and stuttering with great consistency.

 

My audio is very choppy?

That bad is audio with both my PC headset and TV. In Device Manager > Sound, Video and game controllers, and Sound > Playback tab, I've got listed:

• Mpow HC (headset)
• NVIDIA High Definition Audio (TV)
• Realtek Audio

In Device Manager, the context menu of each is the same. In Sound, the default device is NVIDIA High Definition Audio. When trying to troubleshoot, via settings, I get:





I don't know which to choose. Troubleshooting via the Taskbar speaker icon hadn't helped.
