Windows 10: Extremely slow Internet Speeds on this Computer Specifically

Hi all, I recently did a speed test on this computer and found that the download speed was a thousand times slower than other computers around the house, however, the upload speed was the same. I took the same ethernet cable plugged into my computer, plugged it into my laptop.....and instantly got speeds of 60 MBS download compared to 6 MBS on my computer using the same test! It can't be the cable, so I tried ordering a new ethernet port and got the same results. I'm guessing it must be a setting on my computer that's limiting the bandwidth or something. Believe me, I tried every cmd setting,

Slow internet speed on one of your computer could be due to the following:

• Outdated network adapter driver
• Different Wi-Fi chipset
• Computer processing speed

Make sure that the network driver of your computer(s) are always updated.

We also suggest you to contact your internet service provider for them to check your internet connection speed and give you more information.

Extremely slow internet speed on Lumia 650

Hi, I just received my new Lumia 650 today. However I found that the internet speed seems to be extremely slow. My network is 100mbps educational network. And using Speedtest software, my iPad has a speed of 90 Mbps upload and 90 Mbps download. However
for Lumia 650, it only gots 3mbps up and down load under the same wifi environment. The LTE network is also very disappointing 8mbps .so I wonder if there is a problem with my phone.
