Windows 10: Extremely slow ssd DISK ALWAYS 100%

I used to be a user of Windows 10. With time, my disk started reaching 100% all the time. I moved to Linux for a year and then came back to Windows 11. Sadly, I still have the same problem everything was fine while using Linux.Details:SSD: ST1000LM035-1RK172I have enabled trim. I have AHCI enabled.I have installed latest drivers.My SSD has over 500GB free space so that isn't as issue.I have turned off defender.I do not have any viruses fresh formatted SSD.Almost all the basic solutions available online, I have tried them. Extremely slow Win10 with constant 100% disk

My Dell Inspiron 3147 (11 inch) continuously preforms extremely slow at everything; from loading Windows initially to logging in to opening programs...

Doing anything from a USB flash drive is much faster, however, for some reason.

So I checked task manager (with nothing else open on a fresh install) and disk usage was 100%, no matter what I did, with speeds extremely slow as well.

I'm not sure if my drive is fried or corrupted, but is there a way to solve this? I don't think it is fully broken if this is still bootable.

EDIT: All the specifications listed on my account are the same for this specific system.

(Also, running Ubuntu off of a separate USB stick, not touching the main drive, worked at expected speeds too. This supports that it is a drive issue.)

tl;dr: Laptop is extremely slow with the drive being at a constant 100% usage. Everything but the drive runs at normal speeds.

 

Slow PC - 50% Disk Usage but 100% on C: Drive

Hi. i've seen multiple posts on the 100% disk issue and tried all of the previously suggested actions (disabling search, superfetch etc and all that). I had no 'slow' disk issues at all as MS updates seem to have rectified the situation in the Spring of
2018 for us. However, since a September Windows 10 update, we are slow to boot up and slow-running again. When I access the task manager, processes tab, I see disk usage at 50% rather than the previous 100% give-away...

But when I look at the Performance tab, Disk 0 C: (the main hard drive of my machine) is operating at 100% nearly all of the time...

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this issue please a the general running speed and in particular the boot up speed has deteriorated significantly. And in advance, I'm grateful for all suggestions but please don't suggest buying an SSD as I'm
looking for a way of undoing whatever problems MS has caused again rather than having to pay several hundred Euros to fix faults they caused.

Windows Disk Usage is 100%

My computer has been extremely slow for a while. The Disk usage is always at 100%. (It shows up as 50% in the task manager list while 100% in the graph). Is there any solution for how to fix and speed this up? I have tried to turn off windows search index
and did the command "net.exe stop superfetch" but both did not have much of an effect. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated!
