Windows 10: F2 presses C, and F3 presses B

*I've read other questions, with either the solutions either not working or just left in the middle discontinued*When I'm in games, I try to lower my volume by pressing F2, it does lower the volume with another use, it presses C for me in games, and F3 for B. It doesn't type out anything on notepads or anything. How would I be able to fix this? Thanks

When I press f2, it also triggers c. That happens on f3 too but it triggers b.

The computer is up-to-date. I didn't spill anything. Drivers are up-to-date as well. I uninstalled device and restarted and nothing changed.

Like I said this is only happening in games for example. The key itself is working. For example, while I am typing this I pressed and it works normally but in the games the key is working + it also acts like I pressed c (f2 only).

For f3 it is normal key + b in games.

It is a issue like this.

Its odd, because pressing the f2 button while for example, writing here, doesnt add a C, but it still triggers its function while playing.

I use laptop. What should I do?

 

How to re-enable "Press F1 or F2" on startup, was accidentally turned off by F3

Hello, my Alienware 17 used to boot with a startup menu (using command prompt interface) that would ask me to press F1 to continue to Windows 10 or to press F2 to open up BIOS. Unfortunately, it also said that I could press F3 to stop showing the menu forever(?). I accidentally pressed F3 today, as it was next to the other keys (I was opening BIOS). My BIOS is from 2013. Oh, also the menu started showing up because my battery is broken and I should get a replacement. Unfortunately, I don't have a screenshot of the menu because I would've never thought this would occur. The F3 option only became an option when I started using the laptop again after about a year, perhaps due to updating Windows 10. I want to re-enable this menu, how can I accomplish this?
