Windows 10: F3 problem java

Hey, so I have been playing Minecraft Java edition for a while now and when I press f3 it increases my volume instead of showing my cords and chunks. Pls help

Thank you for your time, but the problem still persists and f3 closes all the windows to the desktop screen after doing both steps

Internet explorer & java
