Windows 10: Fabula Tech serial port control requires additional installation

Hi, I have a problem with the fabula tech driver on virtual serial port windows 11, Device settings for FABULATECH\VSPC\1&79f5d87&5&DEVICE4294967294 were not migrated from the previous OS installation due to a partial or ambiguous device match.uninstall and reinstall drivers but I can't communicate with an interface that supports virtual port for rs485 communication

USB Serial Port driver clash in Serial controllers

my FTDI driver for usb serial converter creates a COM port but when i install a different driver for my casio CESG in serial controllers the COM port becomes hidden, and message with this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

I had this working once too!

I suggest you to try updating the Universal Serial Bus Controller associated with the USB port and check if it helps.

To update the drivers from device manager follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Universal Serial Bus Controller.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select Update.

Changing the Port settings for Serial-USB.

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

If you want to change the port settings, please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Open Device manager (right click on start button
   and then on Device manager).
   
2. Then expand port (COMS & LPT).
   
3. Then right click on Prolific USB-to Serial Comm Port and then on properties.
   
4. Go to port settings and click on Advanced.
   
5. You will be able to make the changes on this screen.
