Windows 10: face recognition in Microsoft Photo's

Hi

I have over 30,000 photos and I am in the process of importing this into Microsoft Photos

After a night of waiting, all photos with examples were included in the people folder. Given the large number, I think this is fast

These photos include many upgrowing children and that is where things go wrong when classifying the group of photos per image. E.g. with one of my granddaughters about 1,400 photos have been included. However, more than 1,000 photos are of other grandchildren.

I therefore have the following questions I did not find an answer when searching this forum:


1. How can I move a photo that is assigned to e.g. Dewi to the group of e.g. Raul?

2. There are many photos that need to be moved, can this be handled in a sort of badge mode, so many/several at the same time

3. Where are the tags stored, in the exif part of the original photo or perhaps in a separate database generated by Microsoft photos

4. Can I display the included tags of a photo, either in this program itself or in another program

5. If it is possible to display it in another program, which program and how.

6. Some pictures were not found by face recognition. Can I still add these to a specific group, and if so how ?

7. If this is not possible in Microsoft photos, maybe someone knows another photo management program that can handle it

Windows 10 Photos app face recognition problems

It seems your suggestion works. Photos is still indexing but has already detected much more persons as well as more photos for the various persons. Thank you so much.
