I have an Asus Zephyrus G14 laptop with Windows 11 Home. This laptop has infrared camera IR meant for face recognition and a regular webcam for meetings and such. On April 13 I updated Windows and noticed my Face Recognition was taking longer to authenticate and I also noticed the webcam led light was now lighting up whenever I was trying to log into my laptop. Before the update I only saw the red blinking lights of the IR for a second and it would immediately let me in.Now it takes a long time to authenticate and if the light conditions are not right if its too dark or too bright it won't

No it's not a matter of "high end" computers. It's simply computers that have a IR capable camera. Of which the OP does have (I know this, because I have the same laptop and it worked just fine before the Anniversary Update broke 3rd party webcam support).
