Windows 10: facebook no volume

2 to 3 weeks ago I lost volume on all videos on facebook. I've checked everything I can think to trty to get it working again I-tunes and videos and sound on all other sites still work as they should. any help would be appreciated. I'm not very tech saavy

type in list volume..... your array volume should come up.... if so

type in Select volume 7
assign

2. If the particular game is listed, turn down the volume and check the result.

• Are you trying to print online?
• Are you using Microsoft Edge to access Facebook?

For Printer issue:

You may try the following steps:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click “Hardware and Sound”
  
• 
  Select "Hardware and Devices"
  
• 
  Click next to run the troubleshooter.
  

For sound issue on Facebook I suggest you to try the followings steps if you are using Microsoft Edge:

• Open Microsoft Edge click on ...
• Click Settings, click on Advance settings
  
• Make sure to turn ON Use Adobe Flash player
• Restart Microsoft Edge and see if that helps.
