Windows 10: Faced Technical issue while Attempting AZ900 EXAM

Facing issue while rescheduling the AZ900 exam please help, while am attempting exam faced some technical issue please help me for reschedule.

AZ900 Exam-Wowza outage

I had my AZ-900 exam scheduled, and during my pre-exam check in the OnVue platform was not able to complete the network test. It got till 75% and kept saying network failed. I had turned of my windows firewall and my internet connection was good. I checked the website and it showed that there was a "Partial Outage for US East"

I tried to contact a representative via chat and telephone. The Help Bot said "I will get the right person from my team to help you out." over two hours and hasn't gotten back to me yet and calling the says "all circuits are busy." At this point I rather reschedule my exam, but because I wasn't able to start my last exam, it shows that "The candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time."

Really frustrated about this.

Has anyone encountered this situation before and is there a suggestion for resolving it?

I kindly request your assistance in either extending the validity of my expired voucher or issuing a new voucher so that I can reschedule and complete the exam.
