Windows 10: Faceoff Premiere Wired Pro Controller for Nintendo Switch on PC not Working wired

A few days ago, I bought this Switch controller because I play on the TV, but I thought about using it on my PC as well so I wouldn't have to buy two controllers. However, I'm having trouble getting it to work on my PC. Windows detects the device and even displays its name in the list of connected devices with a green light, but it doesn’t work with any games.I’ve tested it with:- Elden Ring- The Witcher 3- Wolfenstein- Call of DutyI’ve noticed that it does work with preservation project games like Majora’s Mask 64 and games on Nintendo 64 emulators, but not with other games.I don’t have any U

Nintendo Switch Pro Controller not being detected by Windows 10

We appreciate your effort on this. We understand that when you connect the Nintendo Switch Pro controller to the computer, it is not being detected, we will look into this for you.



However, it would be great if you can help us with the details requested below:

• Does the Nintendo Switch Pro controller gets detected in any other computer?
  
• Were you able to use the Nintendo Switch Pro controller earlier on your current computer?
  
• Is any other USB Device detected on your computer?
  
• Do you see any Unknown device or a yellow yield sign on any device in Device Manager?
  
• May I know the troubleshooting steps that you have tried so far?
  

To check for unknown devices, you can press Windows key + X, and select
Device Manager.



If you see any Unknown device or a device with yellow yield, right click on the device and select
Update Driver.



However, we would also suggest you to refer the steps mentioned in the article

Error: “USB Device not recognized” when you try to access a USB external hard drive. except Method 1 and 2 and check if that helps in resolving the issue.

Nintendo Switch Pro Controller sudden driver error?

I've been using a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller for most of my gaming ever since my Xbox controller got stick drift and suddenly Windows 11 gave me a driver error after multiple failed attempts to connect to the controller even when saying connected. Normally when using my Switch Pro Controller I remove it from the list of remembered devices then pair it again but now it gave me a driver error when Bluetooth worked with it before.
