Windows 10: Facial Recognition Doesn't Recognize Camera and FaceDriver File is Missing

I have a brand new Lenovo x1 yoga gen 7 laptop that's not even 24 hours old. It came with Windows 11 and is supposed to have facial recognition, but when I have tried to set up the feature in sign-in options underneath the option it says "this option currently is unavailable." The integrated camera works just fine, but there's no Windows Hello driver under Biometrics Devices in the Device Manager. In addition, the FaceDriver file that's supposed to be located in C:\Windows\System32\WinBioPlugIns\ is missing, which means I can't install the HelloFace.inf and HelloFaceMigration.inf files.   button, go to
  Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.

  to delete or remove the previous facial recognition setup.

  To setup a new facial recognition setup, go to
  Set Up > Get Started.

We need to do further investigation on your concern so that we will know why the facial recognition quit working:

• Have you recently made any changes/updates prior to this issue?
• Is there an error message when you try to sign using facial recognition?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

In the meantime, I would suggest that you perform the troubleshooting steps in this
