Windows 10: facial recognition windows hello isn't working in galaxy book 2

On my device sign-in options, Facial Recognition Windows Hello, it keeps showing that "This option is currently unavailable and we couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face". why? I have the latest system, and it still does not support facial recognition. Please help me get through it and solve the error.
