Windows 10: Facing a weired problem with bluetooth device.

Hello I am on Windows 10:- And I am using a tp-link UB4A bluetooth usb adapter to connect it with my bluetooth neckband. As you all know that when a bluetooth sound device is connected Windows connects it and uses it for both music and sound.So to explain my problem I have to tell two conditions :-Condition :-1Power-on neckband --> Plug and power on the bluetooth usb adapter --> The neckband gets connected for both music and for voice. No problem untill now.Condition :-2Plug and power-on the bluetooth usb adapter --> Then power on the neckband --> Windows connects it but only for

Undo forget Bluetooth device and find my Bluetooth device again

If the issue still persists, we suggest restarting the Bluetooth Support Service. To do this, follow these steps:

• Press the Windows key + R, and then type services.msc. Click
  OK.
• In the Services window, look for Bluetooth Support Service.
• Right-click on Bluetooth Support Service, and then select
  Restart.
• Right-click on it again, and then select Properties.
• Switch the startup type to Automatic.

Bluetooth Driver Disappears from Device Manager and Settings/Devices

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps

Method 1: Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Drive. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

You may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Click on View.
• Click on Show Hidden Devices.
• Search for the Bluetooth device.
• Right click on the Bluetooth device and click
  uninstall.

No bluetooth after system restore

I mean I have used a Windows system restore point. I tried restoring bluetooth with commands in CMD (sfc/scannow; DISM /Online.....) and by updating and uninstalling devices in the device manager. Update did not work. Uninstalling bluetooth devices made Bluetooth disappear out of the hidden devices list.
All my steps I took worked but did not change anything in my bluetooth device list.

I am using the bluetooth of my mainboard. MSI Z370M Gaming Pro AC
My guess would be, that disabling the bluetooth network adapter before using a system restore point, disabled Bluetooth after using the system restore point.

In the device manager I get this message in the USB Device list for a unknown USB Device:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.
