Windows 10: facing errors on windows eleven twenty-three H - two

Hii I am unable to access the onscreen keyboard and this version hangs a lot , nowadays , plz resolve the issue ASAP , earlier microsoft was the great for software developement and now is worse known for it....

• When you say, “my external disc as H:\BACKUP but refuses to give me access to the data” is the data being backed up to an external hard drive or to a CD/DVD?
  
• What is the complete error message that you receive when you try to access the disc?
  
• What is the issue that you are facing with Windows Hello?

Windows Installation Failed

As @dalchina suggested, this kind of error can be solved by running an in place upgrade. I faced the same error a few months ago. I describe the step my step fix in this post
