Windows 10: Facing few problems for past 4days.

my laptop was perfectly good and suddenly one morning when I try to open chrome, steam, Microsoft edge it pop out and showed the .exe has changed for moved and I solved. Then I tried to repair and troubleshoot the problems it says failed and try to reset my laptop and it also failedthere was a problem resetting your pc. No changes were made. And now If I tried to open something it pops out windows store and it saysyou'll need new app to open this .exe file and if I download a exe and try run also showing me the same dialog. Is there anyway I can solve the problem.

Best thermal paste

Most decent thermal paste is about all the same (1-2 degree difference). Without knowing the two listed, (I use MX-2), I would suggest going with the one that is non-conductive.
