Windows 10: Facing issue in screen brightness control

Hi there Microsoft team!I am facing issue in display brightness control, the keyboard brightness control buttons are also not working.

Screen Brightness Issue.

I have installed the windows 10 pro 1607 version. I am facing the screen brightness issue. I an not able to control the screen brightness.

No screen brightness controls

I understand that you are facing issues with Windows 10. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

The issue could occur if there is change in power settings.

To assist you better, please provide the information:

Is there any other changes occurred in the Computer?

Step 1: I suggest you to check if you have brightness settings is present in Control panel or not.

1. Click on Search bar.

2. Type "Power Options" without the quotes in the search bar and click on it.

3. You will be able to see brightness slider at the bottom of the Control Panel window.

Step 2: I would suggest you to update the latest driver for display adapter in Device Manager.

1. Press Windows Key + R Key.

2. Then type “devmgmt.msc” without the quotes and hit on
Enter Key.

3. Expand Display Adapter.

4. Right click on the driver and click on Update driver software.
