Windows 10: Facing sound problem in my laptop

facing sound problem in my laptop I tried all possible ways from YouTube but anything didn't work .......as far as I know everything is fine in my laptop or sound settings it just that I uninstalled the c media Audio control panel but now I don't know how to install it ....I am not finding any solution for this how to download c media Audio control panel anywhere on YouTube or Google ... please help me

We need to investigate further so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We suggest running the Troubleshooter and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• Type and select Troubleshooting on the Search bar/Cortana.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Select Playing Audio under Sound.
• Follow the steps that will be provided.

If the steps does not work. We suggest downloading a fresh copy of the audio driver from Realtek and see if it helps.
