Windows 10: Factory reset after crash

I tried to install AOL's Data Mask app and crashed my new laptop. After a long 15 hours factory reset, I get the Windows greeting with my name, the correct date but wrong time.It asks me to sign in but I can only get the hand-indicating-wait icon. What now?

SURFACE PRO 3 RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS PROBLEM

The camera caused a system freeze every time it was activated so I thought why not restore.

• I attempted to reset my Surface Pro 3 to Factory defaults.
• The Surface Pro made it to 1% then crashed.
• Now it is in a reboot loop.

I have tried several times and now it gives an "Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing" error.

Do you have any suggestions on how to make it work again?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
