    factory reset and now Store is not working


    I made a factory reset on my computer and after that I run Windows update. It took 4 hours to load and made my computer updated however when I try to download application from ms store I got an error message something went wrong. I thought I can make my computer working fine after reset but now there is a new issue.

    Why did you delete them?

    It wasn't working for me, set up as live tile but not updating the picture. I then went to featured app in the store as you suggested, then ran wsreset and it started working.

    Was that your steps? I did read them but I forgot what they are now and I seem to have only done 2 steps.

    Certain games won't work after a factory reset

    To help us identify the cause of the issue and then find the proper resolution for it, please provide the following information:

    • Did you install your games using the Microsoft Store?
    • Do you receive any error message?

    Since you mentioned that you performed a factory reset, outdated video can cause this issue. For now, we suggest updating your video card driver. To do it, you can follow the steps in this

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
