Windows 10: Factory reset computer white screen

I factory reset my friends computer and when the reset was Done we couldnt log in when we pressed the password in it Said ”there is no user profile that can be loaded” and then i troubleshooted and started the computer whit safe mode but only got whitescreen and when i Tried taskmanager and Open a new desktop it Said that no desktop are aviable i tried everithing

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

White screen on computer

I turned on my HP 7 Notebook this evening. A white screen came up immediately. I am unable to do anything with the computer. When I reboot it is if I have not turned off my computer. I also unplugged the power cord and removed the battery, no changes.This looks as if it could be a major problem.

Any suggestions?
