Windows 10: Factory reset DRIVER VERIFIER DMA VIOLATION error

Windows 11. Son is trying to factory reset his laptop to give away and gets an DRIVER VERIFIER DMA VIOLATION error

Driver Verifier DMA Violation' error

Network seems to cut off and then I receive 'Driver Verifier DMA Violation' error which shuts down my laptop and it has now done this a handful of times whilst writing important documents.

Is this an issue with the hardware or software?

Repair Office in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Microsoft Office > Advanced Options > Modify > Repair.

HI! There are times that when I open word or excel, my computer will say that my windows insider build ran into a problem. On the bottom, it shows the DRIVER VERIFIER DMA VIOLATION. What is the main problem with my computer? and how can I fix it?
