Windows 10: factory reset error

my gmktec mini pc kept powering off when i opened an app or a update tab popped up and it got to the point I couldn't even sign in without it turning off so I had to factory reset it thinking it could be a virus when I was in the DONT UNPLUG OR RESTART process it did it again and now every time I turn my computer on it shows a popup error saying the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error windows installation cannot proceed To install windows click "OK" to restart the computer and then restart the installation but every time I click ok or close the window it restart

There shouldn't be an issue singing in to your computer after performing a factory reset. What's odd is that the error message "Your account has been disabled" is showing up. However, we suggest that you provide us a screenshot of the signing
