Windows 10: Factory reset failure

Hello!I attempted to do a factory reset last night on my windows 10, but something seems to have gone wrong. It just keeps looping through this boot screen a million times then back to the BIOS screen. I select "Save and Continue" to do the reset on the BIOS screen, but it doesn't see to achieve anything. Any thoughts?

No, nothing else is connected to my laptop at all. I attempted the factory reset through the command prompt because it would fail (several times) by using the steps you're suggesting. It began the process and I waited at least 4 hours for it to slowly reach
a higher percentage (it got to more than 80%) and when I looked at the laptop again, there was a failure message.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
