Windows 10: Factory Reset for windows 10 got stuck at 64% and in continous loop

I was doing the factory reset of the laptop which has latest version of windows 10 and it got stuck at 64% it's been three days and it's not even responding for any actions. I need some assistance to get this sorted.

Stuck In Set Up Loop After Factory Reset

Product: Pavillion 550-103na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

So after having an absolute nightmare not being allowed to factory reset, I finally managed to get it to do it by selecting only drives with Windows installed instead of all drives. It seemed to reset OK. But it got worse, now I start the PC, it gets the black screen and the HP logo, it then goes to a blue screen asking for location, click next, it says error and needs an update, click next to connect to WiFi as instructed and it restarts itself and loops back to the first screen asking for location. I don't have an external drive or anything, what can I do to get this set up again? It was bought in 2107 but barely used, it's practically brand new from lack of use so I just don't understand the problem.

 

Windows 10 reset stuck at 64%

Hello, I decided to reset my computer to factory settings and encountered a huge problem. Resetting my computer to factory settings has left me at a 64% restarting loop that I can't escape.

Windows 10 is what this computer came with.

There is no way to access anything because of the loop, so creating a boot drive or any of those types of suggestions will not work.

I do not have access to another computer that will allow me to create a boot drive if I somehow escaped the loop.

Before the loop, it brought me to the recovery but there was a "problem" removing all files and reinstalling.

Someone please help me, do NOT give suggestions such as using command prompt or entering the BIOS, because it simply cannot be done due to me not being able to get into windows in the first place. Also, do not say to create a boot drive
because I do not have access to a computer that will allow me to and only have the one computer that is stuck in a 64% loop.

 

Stuck on a reset loop after factory reset

I factory reset my hp envy because i was selling it and it was doing the automatic update but was closed at 64% so it didnt finish but now it is stuck in a loop where the hp logo will show for a while then itll go to yhe update screen showing the 64% then
the screen goes black and starts the process over. I believe it was downloading the windows 10 update. Any ideas?
