Windows 10: Factory Reset From Black Screen

I tried everything I can to reset a Windows 10 laptop but after it said it had a problem in resetting and that no changes were made it just went to a black screen. I tried everything, every key combination everyone has said to get off the screen. I can't even get into the computer because the login screen isn't even showing up. If anyone could tell me a way to reset the computer completely without needing to actually get in the computer that'll be awesome sauce.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
