Windows 10: factory reset gone bad

    factory reset gone bad


    My computer was not allowing me to log in, so I did a factory reset. Its original version was Windows 7, but I had upgraded to the free Windows 10 version. Once I did the factory reset, it went back to Windows 7. Is there a way I can get it back to Windows 10 since I had that version before the reset?
