Windows 10: Factory Reset Installation Error: 64% Loop

I was factory reseting my computer and all went well until it went to reinstall Windows 10, it gave me an error, "Your computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an error... click " OK" to restart your computer and restart the installation.", I clicked "OK" only to find myself in a loop. I panicked and looked for a fix, and tried the Regedit fix. Now it goes through the boot then flashes the 64% screen then restarts, before I can even reopen the command prompt. I do not care about any files on the computer, is there any way I can fix it without another PC or USB?

• Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
• Copy and paste this command: chkdsk /r/f, and then hit
  Enter.

Stuck In Set Up Loop After Factory Reset

Product: Pavillion 550-103na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

So after having an absolute nightmare not being allowed to factory reset, I finally managed to get it to do it by selecting only drives with Windows installed instead of all drives. It seemed to reset OK. But it got worse, now I start the PC, it gets the black screen and the HP logo, it then goes to a blue screen asking for location, click next, it says error and needs an update, click next to connect to WiFi as instructed and it restarts itself and loops back to the first screen asking for location. I don't have an external drive or anything, what can I do to get this set up again? It was bought in 2107 but barely used, it's practically brand new from lack of use so I just don't understand the problem.

 

Factory Reset 64% Loop

Hello

I was trying to factory reset my cintiq companion 2 with Windows 10, during reinstallation my tablet shut down completely. Now everytime I try to start it up it gets stuck in this loop of showing the loading screen, then quickly showing a blue screen saying
windows is at 64% before resetting, and doing it all over again.

Ive connected my keyboard to it to try to get it into safe mode (or ANYTHING for that matter) but nothing happens. It just keeps looping.

I’ve even tried to boot up using a usb with a windows 10 iso on it, which doesn’t seem to work either.

It wont go into automatic repair, i’ve disconnected my wifi, and tried to reboot it, same thing. Im out of ideas. Please help!
