Windows 10: Factory Reset - Login issues

I did a factory reset on and when to set up the user name and password when it shut down. When I went in to log in it showed my email I used to set up the laptop with a sign in button below it. When I hit the sign in button it locks the screen. I hit enter and it takes me back to where it shows my email and the sign in button below it. There is no Administrator option. How do I reset this again so that I can set things up?

Since you did a factory reset on your computer, possibly the outdated network adapter driver causes the connection issue. Just for clarification, did you install the updated network drivers? If not, we suggest that you update the Network adapter driver.

• Go to Device Manager, then click Network adapters and select the network adapter name.
• Press and hold (or right-click) the network adapter, and then select
  Update Driver Software > Search automatically for updated driver software. Follow the steps, then select
  Close.
• After installing the updated driver, restart the computer.

If Windows can’t find a new driver for your network adapter, visit the PC manufacturer’s website and download the latest network adapter driver from there.

There shouldn't be an issue singing in to your computer after performing a factory reset. What's odd is that the error message "Your account has been disabled" is showing up. However, we suggest that you provide us a screenshot of the signing
in page with the said error message. It's for us to determine what would be the steps that we need to isolate your concern.
