    Factory reset not working


    This is a completely new windows 11 pro dell latitude 3420, and I'm trying to do a factory reset on it. I went to system-> recovery -> reset this pc and tried both "keep my files" and "remove everything", but a message popped up every time saying "There was a problem resetting your pc, no changes were made". Here are some things that I've triedRestarting the laptop 5 times and waiting about 10 minutes betweenGoing to administrative command promptTrying "systemreset.exe" and "systemreset -factoryreset", but neither workedTrying "sfc /scannow", but it told me that there was no problems or
