Windows 10: Factory Reset on Kiano Intelect 8 MS Tablet

Hi I need help because I don't work it factory reset on the kiano Intelect 8 Ms tablet.Currently I have a problem to go menu to factory settings because this tablet does not support touch in the Uefi/Efi Bios Menu.I have an external keyboard with a built-in TouchPad mouse. But this Keyboard, with this TouchPad does not work for me in the Uefi Bios Menu when connected after transmitting a wireless network.

So if you already have a serial number of the tablet to send me a compatible installer/Updater system-such that it assured me everything I need:

Firstly, I do not have to connect the external Pendrive device to the USB port.

Secondly, for this installer to fit-I have 5.11 GB of free space on my hard drive.

Thirdly, check exactly if I will not have problems with the correct operation of the touch after the update.
