Windows 10: Factory Reset/Performance

I've had this laptop for about 3 years, so it has started to lag pretty badly, and I figured that this was happening because it has less than 2 GB of space and it can't update, and I can't free up any more space or at least, figure out how to. So, I tried to factory reset it, but it says that I need more space for some reason. Is there anything I can do?

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• How are you trying to perform Factory Reset?
• Are you facing any issue on the computer, due to which you are performing Factory Reset?

To perform Factory Reset, you need a recovery partition or Recovery Disk from the computer manufacturer. You may contact the computer manufacturer and check the same with them.

Warning:
Be sure to back up all the data you want to keep, before you begin. Resetting using Factory Reset will delete all the data.

Ive factory reset my computer but I can't use the mouse or the keyboard to select laugage

• Are you performing a factory reset on a laptop or a desktop?

In the meantime, if you're working on a desktop, we suggest that you try to use a PS2 keyboard just to bypass the installation process. Once Windows is up and running, you may now plug your mouse and keyboard to initialize Windows to detect these devices.
