Windows 10: Factory Reset Phone, Authenticator notifications not coming through

Hello, I recently Factory Reset my Android phone Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra after manually backing up all of the files that I cared about. I was unaware of the disabled-by-default checkbox for backing up Authenticator to the cloud until I began signing back into all of my accounts and found that despite signing into Authenticator with the same login credentials on the same hardware, the notifications and associated 2FA accounts were nonexistent. Can't reinstall Microsoft Authenticator after factory reset

I have a Lumia 950 XL and I recently had to do a factory reset on the phone to get it to work properly again. But now I can't reinstall the Authenticator app, leaving me locked out of multiple accounts I have set up with 2-step authentication, that is
a disaster!

The Store tells me I own the app, but I can't choose to install it, and it is not available anywhere in the app list of my phone.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
